The Gryphon's Guild

I've been practicing with digital painting lately, and I'm currently working on a batch of free icons I've had out for a while. The whole point of asking for these is so that I grow more comfortable with this medium, so, I thought I'd post here and see if I could drum up a little bit of life on this board!




Right now I'm open for two icon requests. Now, I'm known to be rather slow! So don't be hurt if it takes a few weeks for these to materialize. I don't think that will happen, but I need to say it so I can cover my tail if I mess up. >__>

Any takers? If you're interested, post here with a link to your character sheet or some other kind of detailed description. I'll take the first two people who post. And I might do something like this again in the future, especially if it has the intended effect of bringing back some activity. *crosses talons*

But pretty much: peregrine front (with a small crest - not the toothpaste )! And may I ask for a red maple leaf somewhere if you do this? Autumn is so beautiful here.. I'm going to miss it.

Alrighty then! Rhymane and Aki were the first two to respond so they'll get the first two slots. After those two it'll be first-come, first-served for the rest, but I'm only going to be doing these a couple or few at a time. :} Moonraker, you're on my list, but it might be a little while before I can get to you. Right now I can't really take any larger or more involved requests than icons, unfortunately. If you still want to get a larger picture you can commission me for one, my sketches are pretty cheap. ^^

Aw yay! Take your time, chances are I won't be around much for the next few weeks anyways! Holiday visiting and such.

I also really like your avatar! It's so squishy and cute and makes me think of... something. Something familiar that I can't put my finger on. But I'm imagining a very high, squeaky voice to go with it... *ponders*

Just for form's sake I'd like to get in the queue. While I've had fun creating MS Paint icons for LJ, they're still MS Paint icons... all 1985-like.
